Travelling to Argentina and Arrival

Because all programs start on Monday you should arrive at Córdoba the weekend before start of program. Your accommodation will be available from arrival on, resp. like booked. You should avoid an arrival at night after midnight or very early before 8:00 a.m. You should inform us by time about your exact arrival time to ensure your arrival, airport pickup and welcome. Please inform us about the date, day, time and flight number of your arrival and from where your are arriving. We always reconfirm your arrival dates.

Arrival via Buenos Aires by plane
Your international flight will arrive at the international airport of Ezeiza outside of Buenos Aires. Arrived at Ezeiza you have to change the airport. Your ongoing flight to Córdoba will depart from the national city center airport Aeroparque. Each 20 minutes a bus shuttle (Tienda Leon) will leave Ezeiza to Aeroparque. The airport tranfer will last about 40-60 minutes and the cost is about 50 $ peso (approx. 15 US$). At your arrival in Córdoba we will pick you up at the airport.

Arrival from Sao Paulo
There are sometimes some direct flights from Sao Paulo to Córdoba, thus you do not have to change the airport in Buenos Aires. For example with the following airlines: Varig, TAM, Gol.

Arrival from Santiago de Chile
The best connection to Córdoba is via Santiago de Chile with LAN Chile. You will arrive at the international airport of Santiago de Chile and depart directly to Córdoba. Very nice flight over the Anden mountain ridge. If you have a window seat maybe you can see the Aconcagua (highest mountain in America).
We will pick you up at the airport in Córdoba.

Arrival by bus
If you should travel to Córdoba by bus (e.g. from the main bus station Retiro in Buenos Aires or as well from Santiago de Chile etc.) you will arrive in Córdoba at the main bus station in the city center. After your arrival at Córdoba you should call us or take a taxi (about 10 $ Peso) to our language school El Mirador de la Plaza or to your destination address or accommodation address.

After your arrival and first school day
After your arrival and welcome procedure we will bring you to your accommodation. The next Monday you should present yourself at 9:00 a.m. at the language center. Before start of the course all inscription procedures and the payment of your program have to be finished. You will receive all necessary program informations and a booklet with all information, addresses, emergency telephone numbers etc. Then we will perform a language level test and on the first school day mostly we will arrange a city excursion for you.
